1. Foul smelling discharge from left ear 2 years duration
2. Hard of hearing for 1 1/2 years
3. Giddiness on exposure to loud noise 6 months
H/o
Measles 2 1/2 years back
Video otoscopic examination:
1. Large central perforation in the pars tensa of left ear
2. Peforation over pars flaccida of left ear
3. Cholesteatomatous flakes in the attic region
